Eurocon Rør & Svejs ApS, Eurocon Stålindustri ApS and Eurocon Industriservice ApS assisted when the Norwegian Quantafuel established its first factory in Denmark, where waste plastic is converted into fuel. Our contract included all pipe and welding works as well as the installation of a great number of central sub-plants and components.
Furthermore, we were in charge of the planning of all steel structures, which were made at our shop in Holstebro, Denmark.
Quantafuel’s factory covers 12,000 square metres – plus tank capacity – and it will receive about 60 tons of plastic waste daily from companies and Danish households. The waste plastic will be converted into 15 million litres of fuel a year.
